Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not entered processing. To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected]. If your request is approved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Orders that have already entered processing cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
Refund and return requests can only be processed after your order has been delivered. Please review the information below for full details.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery. You may open the package to inspect the contents. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging.
Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
All return parcels must include the original invoice or a note with your full name, the email used for the order, and the order ID.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct the value of any damage from the refund amount.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Please provide us with the tracking number and keep proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages that do not include tracking.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Claims for Missing Items
Claims for missing items must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery, where the carrier tracking status shows “Delivered”.
Orders delayed for 60 days or more are considered lost. All confirmed lost orders are fully refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Email [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling.
Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be of merchantable quality. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Requests for a different size or colour are handled as a return, followed by a new order.
